A heat exchanger is disclosed as including a bundle of tubes within a tubular casing,
wherein uniform helical flow of a heat exchange medium within the casing is created
by a series of stepped transverse baffle plates having the shape of circular sectors.
Cross flow tube bundle heat exchangers are often used in highly fouling environments such as lignite utility boilers.
Our new design leads to a 75% reduction in fouling, while simultaneously reducing pressure drop across the tube bundle by ~40%. With fouling and pressure drop significantly reduced, it is now possible to use tube bundles with a closer spacing of the tubes.
This increases the heat transfer area and thus leads to ~90% higher heat transfer rates.
The new shape is based on the morphology of the initial stage of deposit formation and is
thus called a Deposit Determined, FOuling Reducing Morphology (DDEFORM) tube.
We are manufacturing of the heat transfer equipments asper the TEMA [Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association] standards, ASTM section(VIII)(unfired pressure vessuls), is-4503, is-6088 standards. And asper bs, din standard's and is 2825 is 6088 codes.
