How fast will I get a quote?
Most enquiries get a technical response within 24 hours on working days. Complex custom designs that need drawing review can take a little longer — we'll tell you upfront if that's the case.
Do I need to send a drawing to get a quote?
Not to start. Process conditions, capacity, and material requirements are enough for an initial estimate. If you have a datasheet or drawing, email it to enquiries@heattransferequipments.com and we'll firm up the quote against it.
Can you manufacture to a custom specification?
Yes. Every heat exchanger and cooling tower we build is engineered to the customer's process conditions. Our in-house design team can also work from your existing datasheet or an equivalent unit you want matched.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, we handle export orders and can package for sea or air freight. Mention your destination country in the enquiry so we can quote freight and documentation together with the equipment.
Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Yes, factory visits are welcome. Call us ahead of time so we can plan a tour and have the right engineer available to walk you through the process.
